Edit Button bars as tree

Hi!

Can I view (eventually edit) button bars as tree.
I have about 800 entries (programs, including different versions), structured with up to 8 levels button bars under main button bar – a total of 150 button bar menus.
Is there simple way to (re)organize such button bar tree? Some kind of Button bar editor?
