suggstion for Copy/Move - overwrite dialog:
if all 3 cases apply then skip question
- source and dest exist (TC shows dialog),
- source and dest have same filesize,
- auto compared content is identical (copy/move would only change timestamp)

Limit for autocompare = e.g. 10 MB // limit because comparing takes time
HDD: 2x 1 GB takes a minute; slow-USB-stick: 3 MB/s
(size could be new parameter)

Optional extension: always show button for comarison (which sometimes could save minutes of thinking).

Or even better: background thread for comparing: as long dialog is waiting for human input, in background auto-compare is done. (of course stop compare if human descision, or first difference found).

For more comfort in copy/move TC could AUTOMATICALLY compare by content the files that seem to be identical (by name and size) and if they are in fact (by content) then automatically (without asking) apply overwrite option (but if possible not real overwrite because it would be waste of time). Filesize limit for such autocompare is a good idea too.

If identical files but with different timestamp (I think not common thing) - tc would have rather ask what to do (by classic overwrite dialog) because sometimes it is better retain original timestamp.
