Restore filedate of MOV files from meta data

While the EXIF plugin works nicely to rename a file based on metadata (EXIF), this plugin only works with JPG and the EXIF. The file's timestamp itself is not touched.

Could we have a plugin or TC feature that
1. Can update the file time stamp (sometimes lost when copied from SDCard or from an FTP location) based on the original creation date stored as meta data? (JPG and MOV or other video files that contain that meta data)
2. updates time stamp based on JPG EXIF data?

I really searched the web, but found only solutions for JPG, not for videon files.

Yopu can use the Change attributes dialog and the plugin field for this

Use tc as Plugin, writedate as Property and click on the +button to use exif plugin to set the Value
