Internal Association - Enable and Disable these

In internal association would be good to add betray each of these a checkbox to enable or disable these separately, without having to remove them. Because sometimes I need to open a file with another program that is by default in Windows and I am forced to eliminate this internal association to recreate it later. To me this would be a huge improvement for all who use this tool.

All you gotta do is press the right mouse-button on that file and in that context-menu you have the link to open the file with your program...

Yes, I understand what you say, but when you have to do that several times, it takes time, it were better my idea. Example disables a while, work with the associated program in Windows and then the active, to work with the internal association.
