it is very very slow and take long time as TC finally find my another workstations (desktops, ntbks) on my LAN and also in present time TC stop finding my macbook-pro laptop (my home lan network is based on the wifi router), i do not know what i made on my macbook pro that is not recognised on lan through TC on my primary windows pc (in the past it was recognised)

Try accessing it manually with command line:
cd \\computername

If this works, you can add it to directory hotlist (Ctrl+D) for much faster access.
