Compare Directories

When I use "Compare Directories", it flags the FILES that are different. What I like to do is have it flag any differences of the directories itself. I can have a list of 50+ directories and like to use the compare method of "Compare Directories" but for flagging the directories.

Why not using sync tool? It is much more powerful and still easy to use.

cm_CompareDirsWithSubdirs does not select subdirs where the content changed. It only selects subdirs which do not exist on the other side yet.

Yes, I understand that and thats what I need it for, it's to make sure all folders are present and not overlooked. If left panel lists 100 folders, and the right panel lists 98, I know I am two short. I needed a way to find the two missing folders.
