cm_SrcActivateTab11..99 displays error message

cm_SrcActivateTab11..99 displays an error message.
Similarly cm_TrgActivateTab11..99.
It seems that they both stop working after 10.
The button command entry dialog help says they should work up to 99.
TC 8.51a 32bit WinXP SP3.

As written here, one needs to add the commands to totalcmd.inc oneself.
