0: Detect different number of spaces as a difference


this doesn't seen to do anything.
left pane: "test file.txt" 1 space
right pane: "test file.txt" 2 spaces

it still says they don't compare.

CompareIgnoreRepSpace=1 is for use in TC's "Compare by Content" window - not for use when comparing filenames in the two file panels.
