Hotkey for show/hide Total Commander window?

hi to inhabitants of Earth planet!
i use total commander as winxp shell.
i need hotkey for show/hide total commander window.
and i want to know how to change this hotkey.
please help me.

Show(or open) TC:
- Open the Properties-Dialog of the Link you use to start TC:
- Sheet "Shortcut"
- Shortcut Key: Ctrl+Alt+W (as an example; not all key combinations may work)

Alternative (> win7):
- Pin TC to the taskbar at the first position
- <Win+1> (2 for second position, 3 for third,...)

Hide(or minimize) TC:
- <Win+Down>
Alternative: (english UI) <Alt+Space><N>
