CTRL-TAB only activates on release?

Is it possible (or have I missed an existing setting?) to make TC activate the new folder immediately when you press CTRL-TAB? Unlike most Windows programs, by default it waits until you've released the CTRL key. This behaviour is quite nice, but it would be even nicer to be able to choose.

TabSwitchMode=0
0: Ctrl+Tab switches tabs only when releasing the CTRL key
1: Ctrl+Tab switches tabs immediately when pressing the TAB key.

So you need to set it to 1 to get the expected behaviour.
