Copy comments with files | CopyComments=30 | descript.ion

If I copy a file with comment from D: to C: "As Administrator" then descript.ion-file on C: is not existing.
Is this a normal behaviour?

EDIT:
If you try to make a new comment in C: on this file with Ctrl+Z,
you get: "Error: Cannot write descript.ion - Please remove the write protection!"

But one can copy the hidden-file "descript.ion" with comments from D: to C: as Administrator.

Sorry, comments are currently not supported in system folders.
