TC 9.0 Beta 2 - issues with MTP

On Windows 10. Phone connected with MTP.

1) Unable to copy entire folder from PC to phone when folder and file names were in Chinese.

2) While an entire folder in English could be copied from PC to phone, deletion of the same folder on the phone had failed. TC hang forever with the spinning circle.

Unfortuately MTP is a real mess. When it hangs, all you can do is disconnect and reconnect the phone. TC accesses it via OLE2 - you may have more success with my MediaAudio2 plugin, which calls the MTP functions directly.

Just a bit of extra info:
1) For the same folder that failed with copy over MTP, ftp worked fine.
2) Again for the same folder, copy over MTP worked fine with Win10 File Manager.
