Missing the "Pin to task bar" menu item in TC

when you right mouse click over a certain file, the context/popup menu is ok, displays everything but the "Pin to task bar" menu item. if you do the same with windows explorer then you see the menu item there. can you please address it? thanks

I'm running Win 10. If I drag a file from TC to the taskbar it will pin itself as a shortcut.

it's not like you could not do it by dragging. my concern is why is explorer popup menu shows more items than tc

It is just yet another Windows 10 bug.

It works under:
Windows 7 http://madsenworld.dk/tcmd/pintotaskbarwin7.png
Windows 8.1 http://madsenworld.dk/tcmd/pintostaskbarwin81.png

But under Windows 10 only the opposite (Unpin from Taskbar) shows up:
