Auto Active Tab Window When Cursor over the Tab Window

I tried to find options and the Google, still cant get the answer

I use Single Click to open files.

When I open file in different tab, I need to Click once to active the tab and click again to open it.

This kind of annoying to me, is there any solution

I think this is not solvable. With the first click you activate a different tab, with the second click you open a file.
