THis is how I see XCF images
(using Imagine plugin)

Is there another plugin for quickview XCF files?
Is there a way to fix this bug?

Is there another plugin for quickview XCF files?

You can try to use Irfanview to load xcf files.
1. Install Irfanview
2. Add Irfanview plugin IMXCF
3. Set Irfanview location in lister settings
4. Add line to [Lister] section:
IviewAdditionalTypes=*.xcf
5. Restart Total Commander
5. Check whether it works: View file with F3, then press '4' repeatedly until no plugin name is shown in the title.
