I know I am a little off topic, but I want to ask you why in the history file the entries relative to totalcmd 7.57 are removed?

EDIT: I'm sorry, i've noted the following topic after I submit this post.
Total Commander Forum Index -> TC suggestions (English) -> Add info about TC7.57 into history.txt of TC8

I don't know man it just works for me! Use the link for the UPX packed executable and download the file!
The file is located at https://plugins.ghisler.com/img/tcmd80_upxpacked.exe

Hm… By direct link from here it's downloaded, from the "packed_download" page it's not. Seems, the server is a little bit too paranoid about referers… And after some more experiments I cannot download it again even from this page, though I have just did it successfully. I tried different browsers, ReGet (download manager) and TC itself, all failed.

I can confirm the problem now too. Seems like Fileburst has some technical difficulties. Sometimes the download works and sometimes not! Until they don't fix the problem it will trow some 404s but it's nothing serious. It should be back soon. Try the official link and it doesn't work here's a mirror!

Hi, will be there UPX-Packed version of TC 9? No big deal, I just checked the proprietary link:
http://www.ghisler.com/packed_download/
The best solution:
1. format C:
2. install TotalCmd
3. install Windows (optionally)

OK, updated it! It's a self-extracting installer again. However, I really cannot recommend it - virus scanners cause several second delays when trying to start that...

Can you please also include UPX'ed x64 version? It doesn't need to take 8 MB of space, and packed versions work flawlessly for me. Thanks.

Support 64-bit PE files is an _experimental_ feature.
