TC 9.00 does not use associated application to open gif

If I double-click on a gif file, the file is opened in TC with a different application than if I double-click the file in File Explorer.

If I right-click the file and I select "Open with...", the application proposed as default for the gif file is not the one used by TC but the one used by File Explorer. All these point to a bug in TC.

I'm using Windows 10, in TC 8, it worked OK.
It's not the same with jpg, jpg works as configured, maybe because they are associated with paint Shop Pro.
