\ in No refresh just means don't refresh network drive pathes

Horst.Epp - Sit quietly, otherwise you are on my list.

hlloyge - I/O Disk Activity Reads the folders (contain jpg files) and do not pretend you do not know what I mean!

I really don't know, and don't expect that we should care about problems you have with the software if you don't care to present the problem with all the details and at least readable and understandable for people whom english is second language. I'm used to deal with people who speak and write english badly, but you really don't care to be understood when asked to clarify. So... why should anyone?

I thought of writing the same thing :D Your English is awful! Do you use Google Translate? That would explain that no one can understand you here, including me. That's why you don't get the help you're requesting. 50% of your threads are useless. Pls, take care of proper writing of the language or just take a few lessons. That's the good advice.

Total Commander reads the full DIR in the background.
Directory counts millions of files.
Why read it? How do I know? If it happens without my interference.

I ask about the Debug Log but no one answered.
Where are the logs - I ask!

Where are any logs in your Explorer? 8)

And why do you still use TC if you blame it every day? Use Explorer, blame Microsoft and make our life easier. :D

What about restructuring of your current hierarchy of dir's and files? Why do you use such strange storage scheme - millions of files everywhere? If I were you I'd sort it out and organize to have more fast and comfortable way of data processing.

Haha, you have such complicated thing as a list
I only read and sometimes answer your posts to get some fun every day.
And there are still users trying to help you which is a useless effort.
But go on, every forum needs a troll :D

Not required screen
These are the only path to the big directories.
It reads direct catalogs if you try to open a folder that after the closure is still all read.

Probably caused by:

Code: Select all

Icons -> Only standard icons
Icons -> No icons (No Re-Read Big Dir)

Why are you even using TC when all you do is whine and moan about the software?

A good question. So why did you open so many instances of the program?
