Christian already explained you that UseNewDefFont is ignored in XP !
What is so hard to understand this ?
Configure your fonts as every other user by using Options / Fonts
and select from the list of fonts you have available in XP.

I think PiotrMP006 is aware of that by now. Now he wants to know the settings to use under Win XP (with manually installed Segoe fonts) in order to get the same look as a newly installed TC with UseNewDefFont=1 on any later Windows version.
