Folder and file names issues

I've ran into two problems. 1.There are some figures or figures and letters in front of the folder name. Question- How to remove them, in order to get only the real folder name as it appears in w-explorer? 2.Folder and file names are shown cutted to 8-12 symbols. Question- How to get the full length folder and file names?

Right click the column who says "Name" or "Ext."

and choose "Full View"
