Why don't work "UseNewDefFont=1" in Windows XP?
I have installed the Segoe UI Regular fonts.
SEGOEUI.TTF
SEGOEUIB.TTF
SEGOEUII.TTF
SEGOEUIZ.TTF
TC 9.10

The fonts are usually missing on XP. But you can change the font yourself via menu Configuration - Options - Fonts.

There is more to it than that, if it has to look like a new installation on newer OS's - size is 9 not 8 as with Microsoft Sans Serif and weight is normal not bold with Segoe. Segoe also has to be selected for Main Window.elect Segoe UI as your font for file lists
