Why don't work "UseNewDefFont=1" in Windows XP?

I have installed the Segoe UI Regular fonts.

SEGOEUI.TTF
SEGOEUIB.TTF
SEGOEUII.TTF
SEGOEUIZ.TTF

TC 9.10

The fonts are usually missing on XP. But you can change the font yourself via menu Configuration - Options - Fonts.

NO it's bug.

TC can't find font if UseNewDefFont=1 ?


Please correct it in TC 9.11

Just open Configuration - Options, Font page and select Segoe UI as your font for file lists... There is no need to edit INI file.

There is more to it than that, if it has to look like a new installation on newer OS's - size is 9 not 8 as with Microsoft Sans Serif and weight is normal not bold with Segoe. Segoe also has to be selected for Main Window.

Just look on the screen in your system and you have the answer.
