How to just click on a folder to open in a new tab ?

i want to click on a folder\or press enter and it will open in a new tab .

how can i do it ?

You can't and also it would not be very useful.
Ctrl-Up opens the folder in a new tab.

You could assign a hotkey of your choice for cm_OpenDirInNewTab.

Drag&Drop the folder on an empty space in the tabs area and click onto the new created tab.
