When you send a copy/move function to the background, a dialogue box appears that gives you a prompt to 'Pause' the operation.
If you pause it, the reciprocal control is labelled 'Start' that, to me, seems inappropriate. The best English word in this context is 'Resume'.
I suggest the Start button be replaced with a Resume one.
In addition, there is no 'Cancel' button in the whole scheme. As well as inconvenient and puzzling (disturbing..) I would think that its absence is contrary to good design standards.
So, I'd also suggest the addition of a (graceful) Cancel button.

"Proceed" or "Continue" could also be used - but I agree that "Start" is not the best description.
