How to customize thumbnail size in thumbnail view mode?

Hi,
I'm working in Winows 10. My screen scale is set to 300% within 4K display. When I'm going to the Thumbnail view the size of thumbnails is visually very small. How to change its size to be bigger?

ThumbIconSize=32 Size of the icons in mode "Thumbnails"

"Configyration" -> "Options..." -> "Thumbnails" -> "Thumbnails general" -> "Thumbnail size:"
