"*.*|*\" works for excluding folders but save it as template doesn't work?

As the screenshot above, when I save it as a template, it can't exclude folders, why?

Make a button with the command:
cd *.*|*\

I have hided the button bar. Can I add it to the menu? If I can, how to?

You can add it to the "Start" menu, same command.

In my Extended Menu (see signature) there is a whole section in the menu with commands like this... <http://madsenworld.dk/tcmd/filters2.png>
