Hi all,
I've been using TC for some 15 years now - today I'm using TC 9.2.
Since a couple of weeks I've this problem with the program:
- I've got several tabs opened: to my c-drive and to some network drives
- TC stays open, while I'm working in other programs
- when I return to TC some (not all) of the network-tabs have returned to the root of the c-drive. The history of the tab is saved, so I can jump back to the network drive, however that's a workaround of course.
Has anyone a suggstion what might be the cause of this?
Thanks in advance!
Mark

Re: Drive tab loses focus to network drive
This happens when the network connection is temporarily lost. You can prevent the automatic refresh when going back to Total Commander:
Menu configuration - Options - Refresh - No refreshfor these drives:
Here you need to enter a single backslash for network drives without a drive letter: \
You then need to press F2 or Ctrl+R to refresh the directory manually.

Thanks. I'll give it a go.
If you don't hear anything from me anymore, it worked just fine.
