TC 9.22a, TortoiseSVN & Windows 10
Hi all,
I recently upgraded my machine from windows 7 to windows 10. And, when using TC I have no longer overlay icons and SVN commands in the contextual menu...
I have to use explorer to update and commit my SVN DB.
How to solve this? Thanks.
Sébastien.

Re: TC 9.22a, TortoiseSVN & Windows 10
Hi,
please make sure that you use both software (TC and Tortoise) in the same version (both 32-bit or both 64-bit). That usually solves the problem. You can of of course use TC as 32-bit and Tortoise as 64-bit. In this case you very likely should see the entries within the X64 submenu of TCs context menu
best regards,
Stefan

Hi,
Just checked. Both tools are in 64-bits.
I'll have a look at the link.
Thanks.

Hi,
Followed the link. It doesn't help much as it's an old post. All necessary options are checked in TortoiseSVN. It should work...

To avoid misunderstandings:
and you really doublechecked that in your Tortoise options dialog the checkbox "show overlays and context menu only in explorer" is not activated?

Please also check whether overlay icons are enabled in Total Commander:
Configuration - Options - Icons - Show overlay icons.

Yes that was it. I double check and I needed to deactivate the option. It's so dumb.
Thanks again guys for your help.
