PDF to JPEG Converter Plugin

Are there any plugin suggestions to convert PDF and DOC files to image files?

For the moment, I am using the external program ImageMagick.

Why not printing DOC files to PDF and use PDF as general format in your case ?

Thanks for the reply. I get some DOC and PDF flyers that I need to include in a MS Publisher documents. I can't natively insert these files in a Publisher doc. I usually convert these files to images that I can crop and include in the Publisher document.

Would be nice.

Using JPG inside autocad works much faster than importing PDF. This is the reason I would like plugin.

Currently use Bluebeam to convert via the old saveas command.
