[solved] Commandline /S parameter is not supported in Directory hotlist

Post by *petermad »

To reproduce:

Make the folder c:\testdir.
Make this command in your usercmd.ini file:

Code: Select all

[em_opendatefolder]
cmd=%COMSPEC% /C
param=Start "" %%COMMANDER_EXE%% /O /S /L="c:\testdir"
iconic=1
And then put em_opendatefolder in the "Command:" field of a Directory hotlist entry.

Unfortunately the /S parameter does not seem to be supported when used in the Directory hotlist - so the dir is always opened in the left panel instead of in the source panel.

The em_opendatefolder works fine in a Button on the buttonbar, or assigned to a Keyboard shortcut or in the Start menu or the Main menu, or on the command line - wher it opens the folder in the source panel as expected.

Hmm, I tested it today in TC 9.5b1 and here it works, but I also checked in TC 9.22a and there it also works, so I don't know why it didn't works back in september.

So consider this issue solved.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
