tc 9.50b2 show password and search in folder history

HI all,
this is to suggest two features.
1. show the password when creating a new archive, so as to ease the copy/paste of the password and also open for writing longer passwords. A show/hid button is welcome
2. given that the folder history is getting longer an incremental search in the directory history menu is also nice to have.
