Support Hi-Res icons

I own a Microsoft Surface Pro 6, by default the Windows UI is scaled at 200%
Therefore, I set the button bar in Total Commander to icons in size 96 pixels (2x 48).
I tested with a custom icon, but Total Commander seems to support only the following formats:
16x16
24x24
32x32
48x48
64x64

It would be nice if Total Commander would also support 96x96 icons.
