Mysteriöser FTP-Verbindungsabbruch (OFFLINE3, error=0)

Eine FTP-Verbindung zu einem Server von DomainFactory bricht kurz nach der erfolgreichen Authentifizierung ab. Das hat bisher mit Total Commander funktioniert. Mit FileZilla kann ich die FTP-Verbindung (explizites TLS) ohne Probleme herstellen.

Verbesserungsvorschlag: Dem FTP-Log von Total Commander hilfreichere Informationen hinzufügen, um die Fehlerursache besser eingrenzen zu können, bzw. das Problem beheben oder zumindest berücksichtigen und den Benuzter besser unterstützen.

Version von Total Commander: 9.22a x64 (aktuell)

Windows-Version: Windows 10 Pro, Version 1909, Build 18363.418

FTP-Verbindungseinstellungen in Total Commander:
* SSL/TLS - ja
* Passiven Modus für Transfers verwenden (wie WWW-Browser) - ja (funktioniert auch mit "nein" nicht)
* Erweitert > Sende Befehl zum Aufrechterhalten der Verbindung: NOOP, alle 90s - ja (funktioniert auch mit "nein" nicht)

Könnte es sein, dass das gleiche Problem rund 3 Wochen zuvor berichtet worden ist?
In diesem Thread hier: FTP auf df.eu führt zu Fehler Offline3.

Secure FTP client (FTP over SSL/TLS) broken by recent Windows update

October 13, 2019: Unfortunately a recent security update in Windows 7/8/8.1/10 has broken the sChannel (Secur32.dll) Windows library used for secure FTP connections in Total Commander: The connection fails downloading the directory listing if the server requires SSL session re-use.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this Windows bug. The only solution is to disable sChannel and switch to OpenSSL. Total Commander already supports OpenSSL. You just need to download the OpenSSL dlls and put them in the correct directory.

If you get the error:
OFFLINE3, error=0
when trying to connect to an FTP server, please download the OpenSSL dlls here.

Vielleicht hilft das auch in diesem Fall.
