That was the way to enter inside System_Volume_Information.

But unfortunately the hidden files are not there:

I am still missing 52 GB of files !
https://www.dropbox.com/s/t4mj7kb78qb41y6/D_directories_sizes_02.xls?dl=0
Even without changing any access rights shows Everything for me all entries under System Volume Information.
As size is indexed its just one click on the size header to see the biggest files first to find whats wasting disk space.

What about other system folders and alternate file streams?

You could try and run: chkdsk /F/R
License #524 (1994)
Danish Total Commander Translator
TC 11.55rc4 32+64bit on Win XP 32bit & Win 7, 8.1 & 10 (22H2) 64bit, 'Everything' 1.5.0.1393a
TC 3.60b4 on Android 6, 13, 14
TC Extended Menus | TC Languagebar | TC Dark Help | PHSM-Calendar

Done, but no errors found, and no disk space retrieved :

Finally, I found the files.
They where in $RECYCLE.BIN, but hidden in such a way that I did not found them when I looked at this directory before.
It was a little bit difficult to empty them: emptying the recycle bin was not working, CCleaner was not working. I used FreeCommander with admin rights to delete these directories.

In conclusion:
Synology Drive Client changed the structure of the directories on which it was working, and created linked directories in a non standard way, that was not understood by TotalCommander.
It was not possible to revert these directories to a normal state. I had to delete them, but they went into the recycle bin in another strange way, and it was impossible to empty the recycle bin using standard ways.

Thanks for your help and your patience!

It means the directories were hidden/protected by the shell extension. In the good old times Norton Utilities and other Norton/Symantec tools created their own protected Recycle Bin in a similar manner: https://www.google.com/search?q=Norton+Protected+Recycle+Bin

There may be simply recycle bin containers from other user accounts in $RECYCLE.BIN, they are only accessible for their users or admins. Every user account folder is named by its SID (S-1-5-21-...), and they all are hidden and system.

Good remark. Some services really create their own user accounts. For example NVidia Updater creates account named "UpdatusUser":

Yes. It seems that now I can access to these user account folders S-1-5-... from TotalCommander, at least when I start TC with admin rights:
