Suggestion for totalcmd.ini

It's been a long time since the project was renamed to Total commander. Maybe it's time to move on and rename wincmd.ini to totalcmd.ini as well? Force the program to look for and read its configuration from totalcmd.ini and then from wincmd.ini if it doesn't exist or something like that...
