[TC9.50 x64] "Select by folder" tab has wrong background

Only observed in TC 9.50 x64, x32 doesn't have this problem.

1. Press Alt+F7 to find some duplicate files

2. Feed the result to a file panel

3. Press "+" on the numeric keypad to show the "Select duplicate files" dialog

4. Click on "Select by folder" tab

The lower half of the tab (from below the folder list box to the "Select" buttons) has a grey background while the top half doesn't. Clicking on the "File" tab and then switching back to the "Select by folder" tab removes this background.
