Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

I did not wait, while for me it's not so 'painful' but a bit time consuming, but my PC likes sometimes a fresh Install of Windows (as microsoft progs love it to be installed ;) :P)

The fresh installation of WinXP did the trick.

Thanks for your help.

change the association

Post by *djek »

If Explorer shows the icons as an image then:

Associate
Look for the 'ico' type
Choose 'edit type'
Choose 'Change Icon'
Icon File: %1

Now Total Commander will show the associated icons.

If Explorer does not show the appropriate icon, you'd better fix that first.
