Cannot install TC 9.50 RC

Hi,
Unfortunately I couldn't install it on multiple PCs. (RC1, RC2)
No messages, no warning from the antivirus program. Simply nothing is visible.
I also tried to disable the antivirus, it did not help.

Win 10 r1909 & Windows Defender or Win 10 r1909 & Eset Smart Security

In my case, the "Windows Defender SmartScreen" (Windows Security -> App & Browser Control -> Check Apps and Files) tried to block the installation.
I had to turn it off again, even although my antivirus already scans for apps.
