I recently installed TC950 on a new PC with Win10x64. I immediately noticed that the installation process installed only the x32 icon in the start menu folder. TCx64 existed in the installation folder but had no icon for it in Start.
I uninstalled it, installed TC922 and upgraded to TC950 and then the icon existed.

Normally using latest TC on:
x32: WinXPx32 SP3
x64: Clients/Servers from Win7 to Win11 and Win2K12Srv to Win2K22Srv, mainly Win10 though.

It was already reported and fixed in updated TC 9.50 final installer (MD5: d0c43c51fa35c84467903b57f67f172b).
