TC exits after copying file

Well, you haven't answered my question about thumbnails mode yet. If you don't use thumbnails mode (and disabled icons like Ghisler suggested), there shouldn't be any shell extensions involved. The only thing I can think of is to look in Windows Event Viewer if there's an entry about an application crash (it is most likely a crash after all).

I copy with F5, "standard" method in the configuration. The TC just closed without any message. After some experiments, it looks like it is closed if I copy large video files (>100MB, mkv,mp4,avi). Smaller files looks ok.

Have you tested copy mode changed to "Use copy+paste via Explorer"?

Going through corporate IT is a hard and lengthy process I want to avoid at all cost.

Do you know if users have limited quota on their accounts?
