How do I register Total Commander? I just have a 30 digit code.
How do I register a Total Commander? I have already bought a 30 digit code, but I can not continue to cope.

The mail in which you receive that code should contain instructions on how to use that code. If not, I suggest to contact Ghisler directly by mail (address should be mentioned in said e-mail).

In that mail with the 30 digit code you should have gotten every instruction needed.
Else please ask to give you the whole mail content if you just got the code.
