Extend cm_ReloadBarIcons with parameter

After cm_ReloadBarIcons there is much flickering, even if i need only reload one of the buttonbars.
Parameter may be like this:
- No param or 0: reload all
- 1: reload menu
- 2: reload buttonbar1 (horizontal)
- 4: reload buttonbar2 (vertical)
or sum

How often do you run it ?
Its less than a second in my systems and usage is once in few days.

I use it in my own plugin to extend buttonbar functionality, so it is called very often.
