How can you hit F5 with empty source folder ?

And only from this video we can see that you have remapped key F5 -now it means F2 - use Background transfer manager for a file.
And here indeed we can confirm the bug...

P.S. MAYBE regarding Key remapping I am not right - because physically you press button OK only.
But just in case - pls recheck all your hotkeys at INI file.
P.P.S most probably you have
Wincmd.ini\Configuration\AlwaysCopyInBackground=2
