Flat user interface change disk size

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

I think this is not real bug - system itself perform many disk operation - swap file, write registry, prefetch, temporary files etc.
Also other running program can affect this observation e.g. saving first screenshot shrink free disk size, capture screen utility write own configuration, running browser read/write without user action, etc.

For verification, I created a ramdisk where no program saves data, opened TC with a new ini file, added one button on the button bar with the command "cm_VisFlatInterface", change interface through this button and through dialog window more than 40 times - no change of free size!

P.S. 2 konikpk - change topic title - even in your case there's is no "disk size" change but "free disk space"!

It also changes the wincmd.ini, so the file may be just below the cluster size with one option, and above it with the other.
