TC 10.52 64 bit - LOADLIST is always displayed in left panel on startup

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

TC 10.52 64 bit - LOADLIST is always displayed in left panel on startup

Post by *argh0815 »

Not sure whether this is a bug but when I start TC with e.g. TOTALCMD64.EXE /O /S LOADLIST:"c:\results.txt" and it's not already running, the search results will always be shown in the left panel, even if I've set ActiveRight=1 in wincmd.ini. I know I can work around that with /R=LOADLIST... but was just wondering whether this is intentional behaviour or not.

ActiveRight only determines where the input cursor (caret) is located when starting TC. LOADLIST: is treated like any other path parameter, e.g. when you use
TOTALCMD64.EXE /O /S c:\
it will open drive c: also in the left panel. That's because there is no current panel yet when starting and receiving the parameters.
