How to turn off bright color in "Define colors by file type..." in dark theme

In dark theme

Seems like you have defined blue as background color. Please go to
Configuration - Options - Color and check what's defined there in dark mode.

Found the solution on my own.
In wincmd.ini for each type added a parameter (for exmpl: ColorFilter1ColorDark) with the same color:

[Color]
..
ColorFilter1=>{Time} Changed in the last 15 minutes
ColorFilter1Color=16750383
ColorFilter1ColorDark=16750383,16750383
..
