Hi White,

this entry of page, the whole Information in the page..
if's not fit for you, then make it better.. (flip it over my shoulder and walk away..)

Of verwijder het gewoon, ik zal geen wiki-item meer maken als iedereen er fouten in vindt.. en het niet leuk vindt..
doe het dan gewoon beter en vul zelf de wiki in, internettaal is engels en niet nederlands..

have a nice day..

Translation:
Or just delete it, I won't make another wiki entry if everyone finds it wrong.. and doesn't like it..
then just do better and fill in the wiki yourself, internet language is English and not Dutch..
2blacky: Relax, I'm just trying to contribute, same as you. I like that you contributed to the wiki.

First, thanks to both of you for contributing to the Wiki! There hasn't been much change to the Wiki during the last few years, so every improvement is greatly appreciated.

And don't worry about making mistakes, anyone who finds a mistake is allowed to fix it, that's the great thing about wikis...

Don't worry, nothing will change for the worse for you, because an optional choice is offered.
But respect the wishes and needs of others. ☝️

🤦‍♂️ Options exist for that, that it was convenient for one in this way, and for the other in a different way. Let's, following your logic, remove all options in the customizer and commands and leave only the behavior that is convenient only for you?

Your opinion is more like putting spokes in the wheels. There is no sound logic in it.
It's harmful to limit the needs of others for the sake of personal preference.
Imposing stagnation at the expense of development is bad.
JOUBE wrote: 2023-05-27, 08:55 UTCbecause it's perfect.
What you call perfect is considered problematic by others. There is only one way out of this — optional.

What about your respect for the opinions of others.

Whenever someone generalizes ("...and leave only the behavior that is convenient only for you") something is fishy. I think you know that.

Yes, that is correct and I am aware. I'm doing this to focus the development on more important *) things until version TC11 is released.

There can be a counter-opinion to any opinion. Silence doesn't equate to respect.
JOUBE wrote: 2023-05-27, 09:29 UTC Whenever someone generalizes ("...and leave only the behavior that is convenient only for you") something is fishy.
This is not a generalization, but a parallel in the logic of selfish thought: "I don't want any new options, because I personally am satisfied with the current behavior."

It's good that you admit it. I can talk for hours here about a number of additives that, from my point of view, are insignificant compared to many of those that have been waiting for years to be implemented. For example, dark mode, which was given a lot of time in discussions, although in fact it does not affect functionality and usability at all. But I don't do that because I respect the requests of the community to improve this kind of trappings.

Options are better than no options.
I mean a setting where you can set your preference will be better and you can keep your habits but you cannot stop the development. Many ideas from forum becomes now reality. A good one.

@Fla$her
JOUBE has right. You must adopt an harmonious language here in forum. Everybody has his own personality and a personalized opinion. None ideas is good or bad. We have arguments and we can convince anyone if he or she have a different opinion then ours. We must try. Feedback, not criticize is better. Being kind and amiable is key to improve this (our) lovely software thanks to Christian Ghisler.
