TC11.00 x86 and x64, Beta 2-4, cm_OpenDriveByIndex is bugged

Both Bugs apply to TC32 AND TC64 (X = the numbers 1..9)

First Bug
So that I can open drive X from the drive bar with Ctrl+X I have in my WinCmd.Ini

[Shortcuts]
C+1=cm_OpenDriveByIndex
C+1_params=1
...
C+9=cm_OpenDriveByIndex
C+9_params=9

That is not working in Beta 4 anymore

Second Bug
The History.Txt states for beta 2
04.05.23 Fixed: cm_OpenDriveByIndex opened drive in new tab if shift was pressed (32/64)
But Ctrl+Shift+X does nothing in Beta 2, 3 or 4

Shift + Clicking a BUTTON with cm_OpenDriveByIndex X is totally bugged/strange?
first click => if Drive X is not in the path of the displayed folder TC switches to Drive X, else it does nothing
every click after the first => it does nothing

It stopped working.
NUM5=cm_Select
NUM5_params=5

This probably affects all internal commands which expect a numeric parameter. At least it still works in the button bar, so I will try to use the code from there.
