I have made a mockup of how I think it could be organized to make it easier to overview. https://tcmd.madsenworld.dk/synccontextmenu2.png

Well, you forgot two menu items ("Set local file date to remote date" and "Compare left & right"), but I get the point, just adding an extra separator after "Rename right".

Yes, I forgot "Set local file date to remote date", because I didn't test with FTP, my bad - but I did NOT forget "Compare left & right"), I put it down under "View left" and "View right" - so all the F3 commands are grouped together, I think that is important because it is more logical.

I still think that "Compare left & right" should be first in that section, or even in its own section. It's the only command working on both sides, the others are all working on one side only. The View, Edit, and Rename left/right should be grouped together, not split apart by "Compare left & right".

It's the only command working on both sides
Well "Print selected" and "Delete on both sides" works on both sides.

May I suggest then to put a divider before "Print selected", put "Compare left & right" right after "Print selected", and then another divider - like this:

"Select for copying (default direction)\tCtrl+D"
"Remove selection\tCtrl+M"
"Select for copying -> (left to right)\tCtrl+L"
"Select for copying <- (right to left)\tCtrl+R"
"Reverse copy direction\tCtrl+W"
"Copy file properties -> (left to right)...\tCtrl+Alt+L"
"Copy file properties <- (right to left)...\tCtrl+Alt+R"
_____________________________________________

"Print selected...\tCtrl+P"
"Compare left && right\tCtrl+F3"
_____________________________________________

"View left\tF3"
"View right\tShift+F3"
"Edit left\tF4"
"Edit right\tShift+F4"
"Rename left\tF6"
"Rename right\tShift+F6"
_____________________________________________

"Left context menu\tAlt+Down"
"Right context menu\tAlt+Shift+Down"
"Left properties\tAlt+Enter"
"Right properties\tAlt+Shift+Enter"
_____________________________________________

"<- Delete left"
"-> Delete right"
"Delete on both sides"

You might even consider placing another divider after: "Reverse copy direction\tCtrl+W"

I think is a good idea to put "Compare left & right" first because is the main action that you do when are differences.
I do double-click here.
And yes,
The View, Edit, and Rename left/right should be grouped together, not split apart by "Compare left & right".
BTW, I use TC11b6_32-64 and "Rename left/right F6/Shift+F6" are missing from contextual menu, if it was supposed to be there.

That's a good idea, I will do that. This way it will remain in the position as before, just with an extra separator.
