Option [iniloc] as a Command Line parameter for installer

Post by *hradilik »

Hi author,

Please, the only thing I'm missing to fully automate the installation of Total Commander (thanks for it, license no. 53398) from the command line only (without modifying install.inf) is the ability to enter a value for [iniloc] option in installer command line (as is described in https://www.ghisler.ch/wiki/index.php?title=Installer#Command_line_parameters).

Would you consider adding the [iniloc] parameter to the installer command line?
(btw, I use the value %USERPROFILE%\TotalCmd).

Thank you very much for your good job ;-)

How should that work as the install-package doesnt even include any ini-files?

It would indeed make sense, making it work like iniloc= and iniall= in INSTALL.INF (TC would create a new ini file there or copy an existing one from another directory).
